Be the answer when someone
asks the machine.

People are searching less on Google and more inside AI. Which means buying decisions are now being made inside ChatGPT. The question is whether you are the answer or the absence. I make businesses the answer.

01 / The shift

The search moved.
The playbook did not.

For twenty years, being found meant ranking on Google. That is ending. People now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's own AI for a recommendation, and the machine returns two or three names instead of ten blue links. One study measured what happens to a business when its pages are written for that machine instead of the old index.

+115%
visibility gained by the businesses that adapt early.
−30%
visibility lost by the incumbents who do not.

Princeton, 2024.

02 / The absence

When the machine answers, most businesses are not in the room.

Ask any AI assistant for the best sports physio in Amsterdam. It will name a few. Strong Google reviews do not carry over, because the machine reads for different signals than a human does. A business can be the best in the city and still be missing from the answer.

Missing is not a small disadvantage. In a list of three names, missing is invisible.

03 / What I measure

Four signals decide whether you are quotable.

Citation is not luck. It comes from properties a page either has or lacks. I measure four, and the first thing I send you is your score on each.

👣
01
FetchabilityWhether the AI crawler can reach and read the page at all. Many sites quietly block the thing now deciding their visibility.
02
Evidence densityNamed facts, figures, and sources the machine can lift and repeat. Marketing adjectives give it nothing to quote.
03
ExtractabilityClear structure, declarative sentences, real headings. The machine cites what it can pull cleanly.
04
Topical depthWhether the page genuinely owns its subject or only mentions it. Depth is what gets one business named over another.

04 / The terms

What I promise.
What I refuse to promise.

Promised

  • The protocol, run rigorously, on a locked set of 30 queries.
  • One number, in writing, every Monday. Moving or not.
  • A refund if the citation rate has not moved by month three and the technical fixes were allowed.

Never promised

  • A specific citation rate. The outcome is a probability, not a guarantee. Anyone who promises you a number is lying.
  • Revenue or traffic attribution. This is discovery work, closer to PR than paid advertising. I will say so plainly.
  • A decade of experience. The field is barely a year old. Nobody has it. What I have is the research read cover to cover, and the discipline to run it the same way every week.

05 / How it works

Three steps. Stop after any of them.

Free Visibility report.
I run your site through the four signals and send your score with the specific gaps. You can act on it yourself and never speak to me again.
€200 The audit.
The full diagnosis. Every page, every gap, the exact fixes in priority order, written so your own developer can execute them.
€500 / MONTH The protocol.
I run the method on a locked set of 30 queries and track one number every Monday. One client per category, so I am never optimising two competitors against each other.

One client per category. When a category is taken, it is taken.

06 / Who is doing this

The name on the door.

I am Pepijn Akkermans. I spent twelve years in performance sport before this, which taught me one transferable thing. How to do the boring work the same way every day, including the days I did not feel like it.

The strength of this service is plain. I read the actual research, and I run it with that discipline, in a field where almost nobody has done either. The market is full of guesswork sold with confidence. I would rather show you the finding and let you decide.

I work alone. In a market this new, a person's name is the only credential that cannot be faked.

07 / Questions you should ask

The ones a careful buyer asks.

Do you have clients yet?
No. The field is about a year old. I would rather tell you that than build a wall of fake logos. You would be the first in your category, on terms that protect you if it does not work.
Can you guarantee I will be recommended?
No. Citation is a probability, not a guarantee. Anyone who promises you a number is selling you one.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO competes for a ranked list of links. This competes for being named inside a written answer. The signals are different, and the old SEO work barely moves them.
What if nothing changes?
If the citation rate has not moved by month three, and you allowed the technical fixes, you get the month back.
Why trust the first practitioner in a new field?
Because the alternative is trusting someone who claims ten years of experience in a one-year-old field. The honest beginner is the safer bet than the confident pretender.
